I drove along the river to LGS early this morning. Not a huge amount of snow, but a huge amount of ducks. Almost like the good 'ole days. The bulk seemed to be Canvasback. Probably 10-15,000 of them on the river now.
More Ring-necked Ducks are mixed in too.
Sombra ferry dock was busy and the two pintails were there.
Not many gulls today, but I was not out there long.
4th from the left -- is that a Common Pochard?
