Rain Today!

As this wacky weather continues, the rain came today.  Makes for a real mess with the melting snow!  There will be a lot of dangerous ice when it refreezes in a day or so.
I have not been able to check the river in the last couple of days, but it has opened up a lot with the mild spell.  Sombra is still frozen in though.  With Lambton Generating Station shut down this year, there is less warm water coming down on the Canadian side of the border.  Makes a difference!

The Langstaff Line Snowy Owl may perhaps have taken flight.  I have not seen it for many days.
