Recent Scenes

Mostly snow and ice!
Today I did a drive around after work and saw virtually nothing in the way of birds.  A few Horned Larks and Snow Buntings along the road.  Did not see any owls.  Yesterday on the way home, I spotted the Snowy Owl that frequents Langstaff/Whitebread Lines.  Too dark for a photo though.

Port Lambton at noon today.  The river has filled with ice again.  A few small open patches of water here and there and a actually a couple of ducks were in view as I ate my lunch there.

Sunday, mouth of the Thames River is all frozen.  No open water anywhere.  Lots of debris embedded in the ice!

East Beach of Point Pelee on Sunday.  Four Bald Eagles were in the vicinity.

Last Friday
