Weekend Coming...

Wonder where that Kelp Gull is now.  Must have seen this group of fine birders coming on Monday.

Checked out Blenheim late yesterday and the eleven Red-necked Phalaropes were still present.

A juv Long-tailed Jaeger was photographed at Rondeau Park this morning.  Jaegers are very rare at Rondeau and this is the first Long-tailed I have heard of in recent times (!).

Getting out of Dodge tomorrow and heading out for a camping weekend.  I decided to miss the OFO convention this year (only the second one since 1996!!).  They are fun events, however I decided to do something different this weekend.
