Two American Robins were along the shoreline of south point trail. Likely the same ones from last week, but farther down the trail.
At the visitor centre, or near it, were quite a few birds. Several Pine Siskins were at the feeders. Along Gardiner Ave. there was a large number of birds. A Field Sparrow was among the Tree Sparrows. There were several White-breasted Nuthatches, a pair of Carolina Wrens, and a couple of Creepers.
Red-bellied Woodpeckers were here, as well as other areas of the park.
A couple of Tufted Titmice were making rounds as well.

Around the maintenance yard was a large group of birds. Once again, several cardinals and Tree Sparrows and woodpeckers. There were six Yellow-rumped Warblers, no doubt the same ones I saw in the campground last Saturday. Creepers, Golden-crowned Kinglets and nuthatches were here also. Two Titmice were added to the mix.
Also in the maintenance yard was a male Eastern Bluebird. It appeared to be all alone, but at least there is one hanging around! At least this one was new.
I headed up to Ridgetown Lagoons and noted hundreds of Canada Geese. There were various sizes, but no real small ones. Only one white Snow Goose. Something about these lagoons that attracts so many geese! I noted one male Northern Pintail duck among the ducks.

A flyby Bald Eagle caught my eye.

Not much was in the campground, but a Carolina Wren was making some noise. I heard the sapsucker again in the north corner of the grounds, but did not see it. I cannot seem to find the Evening Grosbeak that is hanging around!

My last stop was Blenheim Lagoons. Most were iced over, but some open water patches remained. A good variety of ducks including Gadwall and Shoveller.
Two Killdeer flew over while I was there.
